1. Agreement
By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. They are provided by MYSHEDSHOP LTD, Kilclare, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Leitrim, Ireland.
2. Our service
We design, manufacture, deliver and install steel sheds, made to order. Product sizes and prices are listed on this website; custom sizes are quoted individually. Delivery timeframes are agreed at the time of order.
3. Orders and payment
Sheds are manufactured to order. Payment in full at the time of order secures your production slot and price. Payment is made by bank transfer against our invoice; card payment options may be added. Your statutory consumer rights under Irish and EU law are not affected.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, designs, drawings and images) belongs to MYSHEDSHOP LTD and may not be reused without permission.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements, address and site details you provide with your order, and for ensuring reasonable access to the installation site.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law. Beyond that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts. You may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
